After years of having Home Warranty companies using us the client’s advocate to peddle their goods I finally found the best in the business. Landmark Home Warranty. They have won many awards. They spell out exactly what they cover and the details. Now if agents would stop telling buyers “don’t worry the home warranty will cover it!” Stop and read the coverage.

I use First American Home Warranty and happen to love them! The key is to be patient when they send vendors out for repairs. Occasionally it takes serveral visits, however, they have always taken care of us in the end, year after year. Please note that I have their premium package because it covers the most things and is worth the cost difference in my opinion. My home was built in 2006, so we use them 1 to 3 times a year for various appliance issues.
