Facebook ads as previously mentioned by other Realtors® is the best way as they can be run for a very low budget and lets you target the demographics you want.
Reverse prospecting will get other agents engaged which will contribute to a quick sale.
Nextdoor doesn't let you post for free, they require a monthly subscription.
Other social media such as Twitter and Instagram can be used to leverage the listing.

There may be many factors to moving a listing. Start with is the home clean and appealing? Is it priced correctly? When you have done what you can do to get the home ready, then promote it everywhere, Facebook, NextDoor, etc. Hold an open house and promote your event on Facebook. Send flyers to the realtors® in that area. And sometimes, you just have to wait for the right buyer. Good luck to you!

Facebook ads always get a lot of circulation. Sites like Craigslist and LinkedIn are also free to advertise on.

I would go back and take a look at the house and either make changes in the house or the price. with these many view house need attention.

I would get on FB and find one of the hundreds of groups for agents and just scroll through the feed. There are tons of ideas.

If the home is overpriced in humble, it won’t move. Make sure it’s priced right.

Post it on Nextdoor and open house. Good luck!!!

Social Media advertising can help spread the word about your new listings. If you have a Facebook business account and run an ad, it will automatically appear on your Instagram business account. Link the ad to your listing on HAR.com and you will be able to track Internet activity.

If you have a virtual tour, post it on YouTube. You can add keywords (somewhat like Instagram) to help get your video noticed.

Don't forget the reverse prospecting button. You can reach out to those agents that have created custom searches for their clients and your home is appearing on their searches. Advise them if you are hosting an open house or any changes with your listing.

Try boosting a post on Facebook or create an event on FB when hosting an open house

Determine your target audience and prepare marketing plan based on that.
Do open houses- while some think of them as old fashioned, they do work. Try mailers to the neighborhood.

I'd also recommend that you take classes on how to market properties for your sellers to ensure they're getting the best possible service.
