Hi fellow REALTORs!
I am looking for a CRM tool to manage my growing database, and I would really love your recommendations. If you use a CRM, which one do you use, and what do you like about it? What do you not like about it?
Thank you!

I use Referral Maker CRM because it works the way I do and gives me just enough of reports on information that I want. I use Referral Maker CRM because it works the way I do and gives me just enough of reports on information that I want. A majority of my business is by referral and not third party leads so it made sense for my business. It allows me to enter my goals and will prompt me to connect with clients, remind of purchase anniversaries and make notes. It also tracks the top referrers so I know which clients are sending me the most business. It is not as complex or full service as Top Producer which I had used as an assistant in the past. It does not allow, from what I can tell, for leads to be automatically entered from third parties. It works for me - which is the key to any CRM. Find one that works the way you do and it will be easier to integrate into your business. You can even manipulate Outlook to serve your purposes. The main thing is to pick one and use it. I also signed up for the Pro format (I think that's what its called) which provides me monthly mailing inserts and note cards to stay connected.
