purchasing a home where family is relocating. Agent says the seller needs our inspection report for relo package. Is this common practice and if so, when do we give it? We aren't even in contract yet.

Hi Erica,
It seems like it might be the seller's employer or relocation company asking the seller for it. The only reason I can think they would ask for it is so they have an idea of the repairs that may need to be done for the home to sell. Congratulations on your new home.
