Active means there is no contract on a property and the seller is awaiting an offer. OP, or Option Pending, means there is a contract on a property but that is in the "option period," a time frame of typically 10 days when the buyer can back out of the deal for any reason. PS, or Pending Continue to Show, means the property is under contract following the option period but the seller invites other buyers to continue to tour it.
