In this competitive real estate market, what unique value do you, as a lender or broker, bring to the table that sets you apart and benefits my clients?
Could you elaborate on your approach to customer service, your range of loan products, your speed of service, and your ability to help clients navigate the complexities of the mortgage process?
Competitive market? I must be missing something. I'm not a broker or lender but I have seen so many agents doubt themself and their worth. Real Estate is about building lasting relationships. If you are not building these relationships, follow up like you should and provide value to your prospects and clients, then I can see how this might look like a competitive market. Every agent is looking at others to define their value proposition. Doing so, will create a limiting believe on yourself. Here is my advise: Sit down and write down your strengths and weaknesses. From there, focus on what you are good at and create your own value prop like that. Best of luck.
Compassion, Kindness, and lots of patience. Treat your clients the way you would want to be treated. IF you do that you will be ahead of the pack. Lastly, give everyone a chance; you never know who they will refer you to.
