Hey Deisy!Great Questions! I typically utilize Remine! There are plenty of videos on YouTube, regarding all of these, but the link below will take you to a pretty simple video of how to pull a list from Remine. You can also creat a CSV from here which is great if you plan on putting those addresses and people in an excel or google sheets.

Deisy! Fantastic question! Videos aside, Id highly recommend you get with your favorite title company and have them pull the list for you! Promise theyll be happy to do it! Frontier Title has offered this to me plenty of times! But, if you insist on doing it yourself haha, you can utilize realist, RPR, or Remine! I typically utilize Remine! There are plenty of videos on YouTube, regarding all of these, but the link below will take you to a pretty simple video of how to pull a list from Remine.
