Is there any realtor in Houston that work with bad credit ?

Outside of the credit realm, ideally, you will be stellar in all of the following: Great income (at least 3X the monthly rent), clean and clear rental history with recommendation letters if possible (no broken leases, no evictions, no late payments to landlords, and a residence that was left in near perfect condition!), no criminal background, and ideally no pets. I also have plenty of lender who are willing to work with potential buyers looking to get their credit up in a short amount of time

Louve! Great question! I believe if you search this forum, you'll find a slew of agents at the ready to assist! I will preface this by saying that I am not presently taking on new rental clients, but I've definitely got a lot of great information to give! With less than desirable credit, it's great to have a solid explanation ready; the double deposit helps also. It is best if you do not have any recent late pays affecting you, hopefully none within the last 6-12 months.
