Dimma! Great question, but unfortunately not a straight answer really. Its almost always going to depend on where your SOI hangs out most, as well as people who tend to be most similar to your SOI. But outside of that, for colder leads generated through social media platforms, it will change based on the flow of users from certain platforms to others and the algorithms that are presently most content creator friendly. At present time tiktok lives (going live on tiktok) are slaying as well as a solid mixture of instagram stories, reels, and carousels! Outside of that, dont forget that the two biggest search engines in the world are Google and YOUTUBE! I find that using a mixture of social media platforms is best for staying relevant/top of mind. I use IG, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and try to post frequently on stories. However, the best way to get leads is to get in front of people - your friends and family, open houses, networking, etc. Social media is great but personal interactions convert "leads" into clients.

Facebook has generated the most leads for me but I’ve been told that a Instagram works well for others.
