In either Tempo or Matrix go to listings > Edit

In Tempo > Add/Edit Listing> "Change Status/Price/Listing Agent" tab below.

In Tempo, go to Add/Edit Listing, choose the listing you need to change, then click the "Change Status/Price/Listing Agent" tab below. From there follow the screen prompts for changing the status of your listing. Congratulations!

Go to Add/Edit listing, choose the listing you want to change the status on, below the listings are located the categories, choose Change Status/ Price/ Listing Agent, scroll down till you reach the status you want the listing changed to and update.
