Looking for investor friendly Houston brokers for sponsorship, any recommendations? I've passed my TREC exam and looking for a flat fee based broker. Hope the community can help.

Hi, I am in the same boat. Were you able to find a broker that is investor friendly?

Hi!

Congratulations!!

I highly recommend spending the time researching different Brokerages and what they offer.

Do you come into real estate sales with prior knowledge and real world experience in real estate? If not, it will not be to your or your future clients' advantage for your to be a part of a Brokerage that does not offer the support you need as a new agent without experience. You'd be better off with a Brokerage that offers training, mentorship, etc. That being said, if you come into real estate sales with an abundance of experience either working as a non-licensed agent on a team, in partnership with an investor who has experience, or simply are using your license for your own personal investments, a Brokerage that offers minimal support for a per transaction fee may be the right direction. Either way, I'd take the time to research all your options!
