Hi Alex,
Your Realtor is going to be your best resource when it comes to anything related to properties (not only days on market, but the property archive report - how many times has it been relisted, terminated, expired, last sold, etc). As realtors, we are able to search by days on market in our search criteria and days on market is present on the market analysis reports we created. Feel free too shoot me an email and I'll be happy to look up a specific property for you!

Hi Alex. Under the filters on HAR.com, you can set the homes to display with newest first. However, it won't show you the days on the market. I know on Zillow.com they do show this information. If your Realtor here has a customized search for you, it will show the days on market. If you want to look at, say listing that have been on the market more than 90 days..a Realtor can create that search and send it to you.

An addition bit of information. Some listing agents will "re-list" a home that has been on the market awhile to make it appear like a new home. Possibly even changing the photos and description a bit to make you think this is a new listing when it is not. However, our customized searches can tell you about those so your not wasting your time. Moral of the story...get with a full time Realtor like myself to help you find that perfect home. My customized searches can identify and advise you of a new listing within 15 minutes of it appearing on the market. If you want that type of pin-point accuracy...give me a call. I believe on the consumer side the way you can filter homes by "days on market" is by selecting homes that have listed recently or within the last week. If you are wanting to search for homes that have been on the market 30 days for instance, I am unaware how you can do that solely through the consumer tools. (though perhaps someone else answering your question on this site may be better insight than I).

If you are using a REALTOR to assist you, which I HIGHLY recommend, they can set up a customized home search that is more detailed included "cumulative days on market". If you are not currently working with a REALTOR, I would be more than happy to discuss this with you further.
