When your the listing agent and your seller installs a hidden camera and audio system inside in their home, are you required as the listing agent to disclose to buyers agents who are showing the home that they are being recorded via video and audio?

I believe that falls under the category of honesty which we owe not only to our clients but also to anyone in the public. Also looking at our Canons of Professional ethics, under Integrity, it sounds like we do owe that disclosure. I certainly would let my seller know that this.
