I can't tell from your question if you are the original Realtor or obtained the property after the listing expired with another Realtor. If you are the new Realtor, after it has expired with another Realtor, I would suggest you not use their pictures and be sure to edit the listing to use "your own words". Congratulations on the listing!

If it is still in Withdrawn status, it means the original listing period has not expired and you can change it back to Active status with a click of a button. If the listing has expired or you want to terminate and relist it as a new listing, there is an option to copy the listing and all photos. You can then take the listing from Incomplete Status to Active status and enter the new listing period.

From my understanding you have to Re-enter the entire property. I don't think there is a way to relist the property with a simple click.
