Claudia, if you are using the paper form to transfer, then you can mail the $40 ($20 plus the extra $20 paper filing fee) to TREC (P.O. Box 12188 Austin, Texas 78711-2188) with that. But, I believe, when doing it online on TREC's website under your account (YELLOW "My License Online Services" at the top of the page), you should be able to pay online from your account after selecting your new broker! If all else fails, call TREC! Good luck, I wish you Success!
