988My Husband & I are looking to purchase a home & Northwood Pines looked nice. Does anyone know if this is a safe area in Spring .. Thank You

The site I have provided below is a great way to find what the crime is like in any given area. In this case, I've entered an address within the neighborhood you specified. I have at least 15 family members who live up there and have never heard a complaint.
