I have a client who is looking to move here from California and she is looking for a 55 plus community in Pearland.
508My client really likes D.R. Hornton homes, but she is just ready to move. She doesn't want a condo or apartment only a home in a safe community. Price range $200,000 or under cash deal. Any help is appreciated!!

There are only 2 that I know of to choose from: Countryplace and Bellavita at Green Tee. Otherwise you would need to go outside of the Pearland area. You can put together a search for "Approved Senior Projects" in Tempo or Fusion. Hope this helps, good luck!

Have you searched in Countryplace subdivision. There are a couple f properties there and it is a 55+ Senior Community.
