re-listing an expired listing?
How do you re-list an expired listing? it will not let me Edit or Chang/Edit status for some reason... it sais I am not allowed to change this listing.

Terminate, copy and relist.

You can copy over the listing and it will provide a new MLS. NOTE: If you have a property withdrawn you will have to terminate before it allows you to relist. :)

I would trying calling HAR and asking, but I do not believe you can. If I am not mistaken you will have to reenter the listing. I would see if Doris is correct though and the "copy listing" option is available though. Good luck!
