I was denied for my pre approval but now that I know what to fix.. Can I re-apply in November or wait another year?

We applied for a pre appoval this june and, the reason we were denied was because of our credit scores.
But my question is can we apply again in November soon as we get things fix or should we wait another year.

Once you resolved the issue that prevented you from getting approved the first time, you should have no problem re-applying. There should be no reason for you to wait a full year, unless that was the estimated time the lender believe it will take to resolve the issue. I work with several lenders and I am sure one will be able to help you. Please let me know if i can provide you with a lender's name and number. Good luck!

If you now know what to do on the credit cards; please do so, and most lenders tell my past and current clients, they can obtain a new credit score (re-score) in about 3-4 weeks after you pay what you need to pay. My past clients have not had to wait over one month to purchase. Please let me know if I can help you in any way, if you are not currently working with a local Realtor! Happy to Help!

I would keep a good working relationship with your lender. Often times what a consumer sees on some sites regarding their credit scores may not be what a lender sees - and uses. I would keep a good working relationship with your lender. Often times what a consumer sees on some sites regarding their credit scores may not be what a lender sees - and uses. With that said, work on the items the lender recommended to improve your scores and then reapply or contact them to recheck your scores whenever that happens to be. You might also check with companies that work specifically to help improve your credit scores. They are not debt reconciliation companies but help you identify specific ways to bring up your scores to qualify. These are two companies I have recommended buyers to in the past. There is a fee for their services, so it would be up to you to decide if you need their assistance or can do it on your own.
