Since 2004, Polly Clarke has always prided herself in being an honest, ethical Realtor® and lives by the motto, Do what you say you are going to do! Polly specializes in residential properties, as well as luxury homesites in the Austin metro area, including (but not limited to) Westlake, Bee Caves, Lake Travis, Spicewood, Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls. She is a member of the Austin Luxury Network, The Austin Board of Realtors and The Highland Lakes Board of Realtors. Polly's previous sales background includes 21 years as a top producer selling telecom, hardware, and commercial food products. Since working in the real estate industry, Polly's sales have well exceeded 100M and she enjoys helping her clients buy and or sell their properties in the most efficient ways by using technology, knowledge, and proven negotiating skills. Polly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Systems, Economics, and Management from Michigan State University in 1983. She is a Dale Carnegie graduate and a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Polly became a licensed Texas real estate Broker in 2017 and has added the following designations and or certifications as part of her continuing education.
