Hello!

My name is Deborah Frommeyer (From-mEYEr), but my friends call me Deb.

I'm a former Healthcare Professional with training in both Architectural and Interior Design. I was born in Northeast Ohio but came to Houston, Texas as a child and have lived in the Greater Houston area for most of my life.

After raising a family, I went to Alvin Community College and graduated Cum Laude with an AAS Degree in Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography-Echocardiography. The next year I obtained my Real Estate License, then went on to further my education in Sonography with an Advanced Technical Certificate in Non-Invasive Vascular Technology. Deciding to remain working in healthcare at that time, I obtained Professional Designations "RVT, RDCS"(now Retired Status) with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography).

After becoming a grandmother and leaving the healthcare profession, I studied both Interior Design and Design & Technical Graphics at The Art Institute of Houston. Prior to the Pandemic, I started training at San Jacinto College in Architectural, Civil & Structural Design and am one class short of my Engineering Design Graphics Degree, which I intend to finish as time permits.

I love Real Estate because I am inspired by both Architectural and Interior Design and I love to help people. My healthcare and design backgrounds both required attention to detail which I also bring to my Real Estate Career.

I celebrate and love the diversity of Houston and the opportunity to meet and work with people from all cultures and backgrounds.

Degreed Accountant and Property Manager since 1989 Susan Kinder has successfully invested in Real Estate for 22 years. Obtaining her Real Estate license and later her Texas Real Estate Brokers license she has enjoyed helping her clients buy and sell as well as invest sence 1993. Helping others maximize on their Real Estate Investments is her passion. When selling homes she has a gift for finding the most cost effective way to improve the marketability and the value of any home. She has successfully sold Homes that weren't sold by others using this gift. When helping a buyer find a home she listens to their wants and needs. She finds great joy in locating a home that works for their lifestyle. As a negotiator she treats every transaction as if it was her own. Getting the right price for her client.

I am a born and raised Texan. I grew up in a small town called Bridgeport, north of the DFW area. During my college years at UNT I began my career in sales and marketing. After a few years working in the DFW area, I met my wife and we decided to the North Houston/Woodlands area to be closer to family! When my wife and I moved down here buying the home was a entirely new process, but I loved every second of it and it made me understand the challenges each individual person goes through when purchasing their dream home.

After being in sales for a few years, I decided to become a licensed insurance agent across the country. After doing that for about 5 years, I became very well versed in working with realtors, mortgage companies, inspectors, etc. During my time as a sales professional across multiple industries, I have learned the best way to be a good agent is to be fair, honest, communicate well, and find an option where each party will feel happy when they go home. You're not only buying a home, but you're also buying an investment to last you a lifetime. I love being able to help others, and if I can help you find your perfect home/investment property, I will do anything I can to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. I pride myself on these qualities and only hope to find the best options for my clients.

Also, when I'm not working, I love to spend time with my amazing wife, our French Bulldog Halen, family and friends. Our hobbies include being outdoors, preferably at a pool or an ocean somewhere, dressing up in full cowboy gear and going to a country music concert, fishing, watching the Cowboys and the Astros, and being a part of The Woodlands Methodist Church.
