Sachin was born and educated in India, where he earned degrees in business, commerce and accounting. For fourteen years, he was responsible for exploring and developing new global markets for Filte SPA, an Italian textile company. As their Director of Marketing and Sales, Sachin traveled extensively to Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East.
In 2001, Sachin and his family settled permanently in the United States. As a financial and management consultant for small businesses, Sachin restructured numerous companies facing bankruptcy and managed businesses during hostile takeovers and mergers. As a small business owner himself, he owned and operated a chain of fast-food restaurants.
Sachin began his real estate career as a property manager for a portfolio of 120 real estate properties. He has since expanded from managing and leasing to real estate sales.
