I have been a realtor for just a little while but I have dabbled real estate for many years. Over 30 years ago, I learned about the market and bought my first house from an auction, then bought another for investment and years later sold both for a profit. I have helped friends and family find property by finding it for them in the areas they wanted. Part of the reason is my strong knack for real estate but also my love for people and cultures and for coming up with different ideas.

I grew up on 2 important principles: Honesty and integrity. Doing what's right for people and being honest about it are more important to me than a commission check earned through depict. We can accomplish a lot when we share trust and understand that we are working as a team.

But I think my strong point is my love for people and cultures and trying to learn from them and teach them what I know. Maybe what helps the most is the 26 years I spent as a radio disc jockey producing and hosting my own 'Blues' music show on local Houston FM radio. I have been a Texas Real Estate license holder for eight years. I earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from University of Houston-Clear Lake; and, an Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate from Houston Community College.

We have two wonderful sons. David is 38 and is in a shift leader in a chemical plant and is the father of our beautiful Granddaughter Kyleigh Nicole. Justin is 35, he is a member of the Alvin Volunteer Fire Department, a shift leader in a chemical plant, and is married to our beautiful daughter in law Krystal, they have four wonderful sons Wyatt Lane, John Wane, Eli Waylon, & Kaden Walker. We live on a Ranch just west of Alvin. We raise Texas Longhorns, Registered Red Brahma cattle, and Registered Black Brangus.
