We specialize in Representing Buyers and Sellers from new construction to resale and the building process in Houston, Austin and the Texas Hill Country. With 35+ years in Houston as a business professional 25 of which in the real estate business. I have been fortunate to know and worked with amazing people who have provided me with countless referrals and continued loyalty throughout the years. I treasure the lifelong relationships forged on my real estate and professional journey. As a fifth generation Texan, I was born in Victoria Texas but at the time my parents lived in El Campo Texas now almost a suburb of Houston. I spent my youth in Victoria and Waco Texas and moved to Houston in 1987 to attend the University of Houston. After graduating from U of H with a degree in accounting in 1990, I worked for Shell, Schlumberger, Stanley and Sysco Food Corporation. I have always had vision and passion for real estate and started investing in and rehabbing properties in Houston after college. In 1997, I turned my passion into a business, I obtained my real estate license, I worked for Prudential and Century 21, and in 2007, I obtained my Brokers License and opened Patrick Carr Properties and Associates.
