I'm Morgan Simpson, and I was born right here in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, at St. David's Hospital. I've spent the past 15 years immersed in the dynamic world of real estate, and today I proudly serve as a Realtor and the Team Leader of Simpson Realty Group.

My journey in real estate began shortly after high school when I graduated from the Austin Institute of Real Estate and earned my license in 2009. That decision set the foundation for a career that’s been defined by growth, perseverance, and a genuine passion for helping people. Over the years, I’ve specialized in a wide range of real estate transactions, from residential and commercial sales to investment strategies, and built a reputation as a trusted advisor clients can count on every step of the way.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently been recognized as a top producer, a reflection of my dedication, expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Beyond the professional world, life has brought me its greatest joy: becoming a father to a beautiful daughter. Fatherhood has deepened my perspective, strengthened my “why,” and reminded me daily of the importance of creating a legacy built on integrity, hard work, and care.

When I’m not negotiating deals or guiding clients through the market, you can usually find me enjoying the great outdoors, training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, traveling, biking, or catching a good movie. Most importantly, I cherish spending time with family and friends, the moments that keep life grounded and meaningful.
