I specialize in the acquisition and sale of residential real estate in the north Houston area. This has been my full time job for over a decade. I am an experienced professional with a proven track record - ninety-five reviews & counting! - and I pride myself on being adept at coordinating what is sometimes a lengthy and dynamic transaction process.

Every transaction is different, and some can present unforeseen obstacles that an agent is expected to navigate on behalf of their clients. When presented with a complex problem, an experienced and diligent agent will be able to see all the options available and find the best solution for any given scenario. I am a professional at managing and coordinating all the parties involved in a transaction. From lenders to title companies, buyers, sellers, builders, and even mother-in-laws! I will make sure that the job gets done with the best possible outcome for my client.

John Baker is a fourth generation Houstonian and fifth generation Texan. He attended The Kinkaid School and Northwest Academy prior to graduating from South Kent School in South Kent Connecticut. His collegiate pursuits included Post College in Waterbury, CT and the University of Houston Downtown where he studied Business Administration.

John's background is peppered with the farming and ranching business and owner of a trucking logistics firm in Pearsall, Texas. For 28 years he was involved as a health, safety and environmental quality executive for several Gulf Coast oil and gas firms where he learned first-hand the value of outstanding customer service and quality control.

He believes in the concept of "getting things right the first time," a lesson well-learned in his previous business endeavors and one that will characterize his approach to the real estate business. John believes that "clients should experience total satisfaction," and that is the secret to ensuring loyalty and a solid referral base. His commitment to excellence is paramount in his approach to all real estate transactions and his experience as a farm/ranch owner has reinforced the importance of meeting his customer's expectations.

Coming from a noted Houston family, John's parents taught him at an early age the importance of the 5 P's - - prior preparation prevents poor performance. They also emphasized the importance of sticking with a commitment until closure.

John's volunteer activities include: Lifelong member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texas Wildlife Association, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, South Texas Property Rights Association, and Baker Institute for Public Policy (Rice University).

When time allows, John enjoys hunting and fishing, farming and ranching, Texas history and genealogy. He is married and father to four boys.

I have four children, my youngest two are members of the Fighting Texas Aggies, classes '23 and '27. My husband David owns a commercial construction company in Montgomery, and can often be found helping to expand this ever-growing area. I am a CASA advocate, and feel passionately about serving this wonderful community that has given so much to us. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, attending a local church in the area, and spending time with friends and family.

Born in Singapore, Crystal Wells became a Texan when she was two years old. She was raised in Montgomery County and proudly calls it home. Influenced by her mother's love for real estate, Crystal chose to become a realtor.

At a very young age Crystal was involved in the restaurant business and reports that invaluable lessons of working with people in the public were learned. She has been awarded Rookie of the Year and the Bronze Award for selling a remarkable 26 homes in one year. She also earned a prestigious Accredited Land Consultant membership. A skilled negotiator, Crystal provides an incomparable level of service and it has clearly paid off. She is diligent and efficient as she guides her clients through a seamless transaction when buying or selling a home.

Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.
