“We recommend Mike Ritchie with lots of praise. We viewed rental houses with at least 6 other real estate agents and he was by far the most impressive in a good way. He was always polite, responded swiftly (my phone call would only ring once and he'd answer "Hello, (my name)"), courteous, not pushy or rushing or dismissive, pro-active and good at keeping everyone informed who might need to be informed, dressed well every time we saw him (nothing's better than a pressed white dress shirt, just gotta say), he was always prepared (and would promptly write down any question or request or concern he was unable to respond to - then respond to it as soon as he could and let us know the status as the answer developed or if it'd been close to 12 or 24 hours with no response depending on its urgency), held good eye contact and took the time to let us know helpful things about the house, the area, things to note or consider in the lease, etc... without us even asking (and we're so grateful he did!). Unlike mine, his emails were clear, succinct and well formatted. : ) I think what impressed me right away was that, when we first met him, the house had only been listed 1 day and I had only called to see if we could see it 2 hours before we did, but he came on time (we met at 5 or 5:30 and he was coming from Spring to near downtown) and was prepared with full listing information, pictures, a print out for us, his black cased notebook & pen, and knew answers to questions (e.g. how long a lease term is ideal for them and are they planning to move back in?) that, surprisingly, few realtors seemed to know anywhere else we looked. We would ask his help again and heartily plus confidently recommend him!”
