Blessed with a gregarious attitude and generosity of spirit, Debbie Youens has a well-rounded background in real estate, management, relocation, and the title industry..

Tech-savvy and very well organized, Debbie has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. She has a long history of corporate relocation experience and branch management, as well as a passion for learning and helping others gain the knowledge necessary to better themselves. She has earned a number of professional designations including Graduate, Realtors® Institute (GRI), Social Media Pro (SMP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and was a participant and graduate of the 2011 Texas Realtor Leadership Program (TRLP).

She feels that as Realtors, agents must be dedicated to educating buyers and sellers alike on how to sell or purchase the home best suited to their needs and pocketbooks and to guide them through that process by making wise and well-informed decisions for themselves and their families.

She strongly believes that to provide this level of customer service, the circle of service must begin within. She likens her advice to her agents to the instructions normally given by flight attendants, “Put your own oxygen mask on first. To take care of others, you must take care of yourself also."

This philosophy extends to her personal endeavors as well where she devotes time giving back to her community, serving in a multitude of leadership roles, all in a “full circle” effort to make the community the sort of place that people would want to live.

Debbie is a native of Huntsville, Texas (a Houstonian since 1984), and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Business Management. She is also an alumna of Chi Omega sorority and active in the Houston Alumnae Association. "Eat 'em Up Kats"

All this local community devotion aside, Debbie is an animal lover and she and her husband, John, have five rescue cats who are spoiled rotten. She admits that she and John are enthusiastic travelers and says that, while Italy is her favorite country, she's packed and ready to go anywhere!

Lanie Brown is blessed to live in the Texas Hill Country. She is the heart of Sage Lane Realty, LLC and also principal at Sage Lane Law, PLLC.
