There is no time limit but an additional courtesy by email and text to the agent would be appreciated. A suggestion to contact the broker as well for notification. Those lock boxes are very expensive. Your courtesy is greatly appreciated.

Do you need a dishwasher in order to list on MLS?

Huh? Absolutely not - it\'s just one of the standard appliances included with the sale that\'s expected by buyers but perhaps you give an allowance to the buyer or list the home and reflect your pricing to account for the home not having one. It\'s such a realtively affordable appliance, why not include it to make your listing competitive? If you have one and don\'t want to include it then it\'s perhaps not allowed as it\'s considered real property as it\'s built in. If you want to exclude one that\'s existing, be sure to list it in the exclusions.
