Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Kim is familiar with the areas from Houston to Livingston spanning all across East Texas. In her free time, Kim volunteers her time at the East Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo in New Caney, Texas as the committee chairman for the Calf Scramble. Helping the youth achieve their goals with livestock has been a huge part of her volunteer time.

Before I was a Realtor, I worked in the chemical business for 12 years. I grew up in the Bellaire/Meyerland area enjoying weekends at Lake Livingston with my family for many years before making Livingston my permanent home.

Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Texas. As a former District Engineer for TxDOT, with close to 30 years of experience, he has supervised and participated in the construction of infrastructure across the State of Texas.

He and his wife Judy (fellow Keller Williams Agent) have risen to top 10% of their fellow agents in the Keller Williams Realty NE Brokerage. He and Judy his wife were the top 1 or 2 teams in listing and selling properties in their brokerage of 250 agents from 2014-2021 averaging 60 closed transactions per year.

With my background as a corporate massage therapist for ExxonMobil's Wellness Center and Crossover Health Clinic for HP, it comes natural to me to connect with my clients. It is a passion to build on relationships and take my clients to the next level of care; tailoring those needs according to their specific dreams while alleviating stress when buying or selling a home is a true concern of mine and it shows! I thrive on finding new ways to grow, think outside of the box, and go the extra mile for my clients. In addition to my Real Estate License, my educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods.
