Kelly was awesome from the beginning. She was sensere and persable from the very beginning. She not only listened to my wants and needs but she also keyed on on the things I had going on in my life, like surgery and she even called to wish me well. She viewed my home with kindness and open eyes. She tactfully made recommendations without hurting my feelings whatsoever. Kelly also blew me away by offering help if I needed anything while getting my home ready for sale. She took the liberty of suggesting maintenance and cleaning services she heard of from great references. I was blessed to find her through my neighbors and haven’t regretted one minute. All of her qualities she possesses are awesome to include explaining the whole process to me a couple times as I am forgetful. Anyone would be lucky to have her as I know I was!

Professional photography is non-negotiable in this day and age. In order to adequately advertise a house, it starts with good pictures. Buyers, more than ever are viewing pictures before they visit the house. Bad pictures can often lead to slow sale or NO SALE. Hi Julia,\n\nBoth a short sale and a foreclosure is a property in distress. A short sale involves asking the lienholder or lienholders to accept less than the property is worth. The lienholder may consider this option when there is a shift in the market, a major change in the homeowner\'s circumstances, relocation or other compelling reason. As a person with lots of experience in selling foreclosures and assisting homeowner s in short sales, a foreclosure is easier to close, but may have hidden defects that the Lienholder does not necessarily have to disclose.
