How/where do I schedule an open house in HAR?

Has anyone used an on or off-shore virtual transaction coordinator? What are your pros and cons? How long did it take for you to train a TC and see the benefits? Do you have any recommendations on which virtual firms to use or where to find them? TIA. Michael

I have not been able to find anyone . They dont think and dont know the rules. Just how to fill in blanks and I was changed 500 for one listing. Then they dont know how to use my brokers command system so I still have to do it. Then I got assistant but no listings for 30 days and nothing for them to do. Its hard to balance and wish you luck.

It took the first one but it refuses to take the second or the third one. I've listed as units 1,2,3 but, there is only 1 tax id for the home. What do I need to do?

On your listing put includes unit 1,2 and 3. There has to be different account numbers if each one is charged on the tax role. Pull up on appraisal district and check legal description . This way you can list now and then start researching. Once you get the answers just edit your listing and add other two if needed.

If i let a listing expire, and relist it will the CDOM show the total days it has been on the market

Yes, the CDOM will still show the total days it has been on the market.

We have purchased several properties in the past (the most recent closed in Nov. 2024) and we weren't asked to do this.

You are required to sign a representation agreement prior to the showings. No fees, are usually required prior to a closing of a transaction. Please consult with a legal professional prior to signing any agreements you are unsure of.

Just pull up the listing on har and go to add edit. There is one that says open house. Just click on it snd it will ask you for the date and time you want to hold it open. Most buyers expect the 2-4 because its the most common but other times can work. Just make sure they match your signs. Good luck!
