My name is Katherine Hoodye, I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. I have been living in the robust Houston/Katy area for over 14 years now. I have been representing families and individuals in the community to buy, sell, rent, or invest in residential and commercial real estate for several years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served my community for over 14 years as a Registered Nurse. To further pursue my passion for helping people in my community, I transitioned to the real estate profession. My professional nursing career instilled ethical standards in me, accountability, competence, effective communication, teamwork, and respect in me towards all client relationships. Those experiences made for a seamless transition into real estate. My expertise is in the Katy, Fulshear, Greater Houston, and the surrounding areas.
