Being a veteran, she has moved frequently during her lifetime and she understands the challenges and difficulties with picking up and starting all over again in a new community. Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.

As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."

Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
