Tonya has over 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors and rental clients across Texas as their go to Realtor for their residential and commercial needs. In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in Residential Mortgage Origination and New Home Sales. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a Masters Studies in Law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food & wine), gardening / landscapes, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya has earned the prestigious GRI designation and is also working toward several others in both residential and commercial real estate.
