Carolyn Bauerschlag is a Broker Associate and CPA at Keller Williams Premier Realty. She works with her team to provide our clients with the best service experience possible while helping them sell, buy, and invest in real estate. Carolyn focuses on developing strategies that protect our clients' financial interests, providing detailed market insights, negotiating contracts, and communicating frequently and openly throughout transactions.



Carolyn helps clients understand the macro- and micro-economic forces which affect market condition during a transaction so that sellers can maximize their proceeds in a sale and buyers can get the most value in a purchase. She specializes in navigating simultaneous sales and purchases, working with retirees, assisting first-time home buyers, and helping investors build their real estate portfolios.



Carolyn has a BBA in Accounting and MS in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Prior to her career in real estate, Carolyn worked at Ernst & Young LLP where she researched accounting policy at the National Practice in New York City and audited public and private clients in Houston. Carolyn is a native Houstonian and proud supporter of the Katy ISD Education Foundation.

Melanie is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 22 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over twenty years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Melanie has an extensive history of volunteering with Katy ISD both within the schools and as a former Mentor with the KEYS program and has held numerous leadership positions within the Girl Scouts of America over the last ten years. As a licensed REALTOR®, Melanie loves to share her experience and expertise of the Houston Real Estate Market with her clients.

Ms. Dimmick is an accomplished leader with a unique blend of commercial (sales, business development and new/joint ventures), operations, training and strategic management expertise, serving as Licensed Realtor, Management Consultant, Store Manager and Corporate Operational/District Trainer in multiple P&L leadership and management roles for public and private real estate, retail trade and management consulting companies. Mary cares deeply for her team members, colleagues and partners and is committed to both business and individual successes while personally living with high integrity, character, humility and treating those with respect. She is a multi-million dollar and top office producer and multi-year Circle of Honor Award winner. Additionally, Ms. Dimmick's current and previous experience includes retail management and development, training, operations and business management consulting.
