Shannon Corbett has lived in Houston for 20 years. She loves working with buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate including new construction, resale of existing homes, lot sales, scrapers, high rise condominiums, or town homes. Shannon has been involved with the greater Houston area Real Estate industry since 2001 when she and her husband started their own residential land development company. From there Shannon became interested in working with the people who were buying the homes in their developments and became a Realtor. This experience gives her a broad perspective and knowledge of the many facets of residential real estate in Houston and the surrounding areas.

Shannon, involved with many charities and the Junior League of Houston, really knows her way around Houston. Additionally, she is a parent supporter of Choate Rosemary Hall (Connecticut), Episcopal High School (Houston), Barnard College/Columbia University (New York City) and the University of Texas (Austin) giving her knowledge that extends beyond the Houston area. In her spare time she loves to visit museums, volunteer, travel and read.
