A native Houstonian, Shawn attended Tulane University and graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and later received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management. Shawn has worked in the Energy Industry for over 20 years and have held assignments across the US and Internationally. Having moved and relocated back to Houston several times, Shawn knows the importance of having a Realtor who knows the city and can develop strategies to meet Client's needs.

Although Shawn loves working within the Energy Industry, he has maintained his passion for real estate. He enjoys helping Clients find that dream home they can call their own. Shawn is enthusiastic about real estate investing as well. He has quickly become known as the "Investor Realtor" and has a knack for "running the numbers" to find those hidden gems. He has purchased and maintained his own personal investment properties and always looks forward to helping Clients build their own real estate portfolio. Along the way, he has purchased and sold several homes, built custom homes, and renovated investor properties from top-to-bottom. Jason has seen first hand the amazing growth in Fort Bend County since becoming a resident in 2001. His background consist of 30+ years in customer service and management. Ms. Leitner comes to Fathom Realty with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Before entering real estate, she developed her skills in customer service and networking as the head of Human Resources for for an energy provider. In this position, she worked directly with clients of many different backgrounds, requiring her flexibility to meet their needs. She brings these same skills to her real estate clients, who she is prepared to serve as a dynamic, dedicated resource who is able to not only adapt to her clients', but to work well with other agents, buyers and sellers in negotiation, marketing and research.

Soraya earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in Colombia and moved to Texas in 1998 to work in the oil and gas industry.
