I grew up in Spring Texas and raised my family in the Humble/Atascocita area. Family, friends and knowledge of our community is very important to me.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I moved with a major Fortune 500 company 10 times. I must say that I was disappointed with most of the Real Estate agents that I relied on during these corporate moves. The experiences were often well below my expectations of what a good Realtor should be. I believe more than anything else, these relocations taught me what a good Real Estate agent should be. As a Realtor today, I am empathetic to those in the process of buying, or selling their home. I am compassionate about helping Clients buy their desired home, at the best value, or selling their home at the best price. My name is Sonya. I was born and raised in Maryland. When I was 20years old, I moved to Maine to do a year of volunteer service tutoring children. After getting Married I moved to Pennsylvania where we resided for 14years and then moved to Katy, Texas. I was a REALTOR® in Pennsylvania for 5 years. When we moved down here, I received my license to be a REALTOR® as well. I enjoy taking walks, watching my kids play sports and being with friends and most of all my family.
