Melanie is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 22 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over twenty years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Carla Castellanos was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She relocated to Dallas, TX in 2007 to pursue her career as a Financial Analyst. In the summer of 2014, she relocated to London, UK with her husband to focus on raising her family. She moved back to the US in 2017, this time calling Houston, TX home. She lives with her husband and three children and in her spare time she enjoys helping and being part of her community and is an active member of Junior League of The Woodlands. She was awarded Keller Williams Signature Rookie of the Year in 2022 after completing $3.5M in sales volume during her first year as a Real Estate agent. Hi, my name is Katherine (Katie) Rodriguez. Although fairly new to working full time in the Real Estate industry, I am an enthusiastic young real estate agent for C.R. Realty. I have lived in Houston most of my life. The past 7 years I have been living in The Heights and absolutely love it. The endless options on restaurants, athletic establishments, dog parks, and small business shops are just a few of my favorite things. I went to college at Texas State University and, in 2011, received my Bachelor Degree in Early Education. I taught in public school for 8 years with two different grades. One of the benefits of being a teacher is having summers off. In 2015, I made the decision to get my Real Estate license so I could sell my husbands custom-built homes and to help people with any of their Real Estate needs. Professionalism, patience, flexibility, and building personal relationships are just a few of the skills that I have mastered being a teacher.
