Raised in a 'Real Estate Family' in Texas, Kyle Kummer graduated from Texas Christian University with a double major in Business and Communications while playing football for the Horned Frogs. During his time at TCU, Kyle quickly gained the respect and reputation of being the "X Factor" on and off the field. Determining the factors involved in both selling and/or buying a house for the best price in the least amount of time takes marketing expertise. As the President of X Factor Realty, Kyle continues to provide sound advice, expert marketing skills and accurate pricing analysis. Kirsten was born and raised in Sugar Land, but has called Katy home for the last 13 years. Before getting into Real Estate she attended The University of Texas- San Antonio where she studied Finance and Management. Kirsten has actively been in Real Estate for 4 years. She has a passion for helping others, and strives for open communication with all her clients. "When you do what you love, it's not work anymore."- J Balvin Kirsten is an active member of the community serving on the Executive Board as PTA President in Katy ISD. She is also active in her Phi Mu Fraternity alumni chapter. Volunteering is near and dear to her heart. Kirsten loves spending time with her 2 sons. When she's not working you will find her cheering on her boys at football and soccer games, going to concerts, and sporting events.
