Shannon Corbett has lived in Houston for 20 years. She loves working with buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate including new construction, resale of existing homes, lot sales, scrapers, high rise condominiums, or town homes. Shannon has a positive, "can do" attitude and pays attention to details. She's patient, accessible, and will always go the extra mile for her clients.

Shannon grew up in a rural farming community which gave her a strong foundation with good work ethics and moral background as a result. After attending college in Austin, Shannon learned about artistic expression and added that to her repetoire. Her husband is a first generation American who grew up in Houston giving her an understanding of what it is like to live the "American Dream." A few years after they were married, they decided to call Houston home. That was 20 years ago. As Shannon put it, "I love Houston! It is big city with a friendly atmosphere much like that of a smaller town. The vastness of Houston, the variety of industry and the multicultural population all work together to keep Houston a vibrant city for both living and working. Houstonians generously support the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo each year in addition to supporting the arts, sports teams, and an infinite number of philanthropies through out our community. Houston is simply an amazing city!"

Shannon has been involved with the greater Houston area Real Estate industry since 2001 when she and her husband started their own residential land development company. From there Shannon became interested in working with the people who were buying the homes in their developments and became a Realtor. This experience gives her a broad perspective and knowledge of the many facets of residential real estate in Houston and the surrounding areas.

Shannon, involved with many charities and the Junior League of Houston, really knows her way around Houston. Additionally, she is a parent supporter of Choate Rosemary Hall (Connecticut), Episcopal High School (Houston), Barnard College/Columbia University (New York City) and the University of Texas (Austin) giving her knowledge that extends beyond the Houston area. In her spare time she loves to visit museums, volunteer, travel and read.

Nicholas Hughley is a Realtor/Team Leader (Pinnacle Realty Group) in Houston and surrounding areas. Nicholas is a top producing agent with the Next Door program helping numerous clients reach their goals year after year. Starting out as both a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer in 2005 allowed him to gain experience and exposure to all angles of the real estate transaction. Nicholas eventually followed his desire to focus solely on helping navigate clients through the home buying and selling process as a real estate agent while still providing the much-needed financial counsel and guidance when needed.

From first home purchases to dream homes and investment properties, Nicholas has had the pleasure of experiencing these wonderful milestones in his client's lives. Each client's situation is unique and it's been his duty and pleasure to help them accomplish their goals.

Hi! I'm Nicole, some might say I am a seasoned agent, working actively for about nine years before we decided to relocate our family to Houston from Utah. I have been happily married for almost 23 years and am a proud mother of two teenage daughters, aged 15 and almost 14.

I am a very passionate animal lover and our home is a sanctuary to two big dogs, three cats, a snake, a tortoise, a bearded dragon, and soon-to-be adorable little rabbits. My husband says that our home is a zoo, but I beg to differ.

I am passionate about real estate and am excited to transfer my career and success from Utah to Texas.

Arlene is actively involved with her family, university, and community. As a wife and mother of four children, she is past president of her children's school association, an Aggie Mom's Club Member and an avid fan in the stands . She enthusiastically supports her husband's Executive Committee position at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo while she works with the Special Children's & Junior Rodeo Committee. Arlene and Ray actively support the Fort Bend County Rodeo, while Arlene serves on the Board of Advisers for Baylor University's School of Arts and Sciences and the Board of Advisers of Baylor Alumni. Previously Arlene was able to support the Harris County Children's Assessment Center and even served as the Style Show Chairman for the Junior League of Houston.

Born in New York, Arlene has lived in Houston since 1980, graduated from Kingwood High School and then graduated from Baylor University in the late 1980's. She made Houston her home as a young adult and never left. Having personally lived in a number of different areas and types of homes in the Houston area she is uniquely qualified to have an educated counsel about a Buyers real estate needs.

Arlene was named Greenwood King Rookie of the Year 2004, Greenwood King Top Producers Club 2006, 2007 and H Texas Magazine's Top 100 Houston Agents 2006, 2007. She chose in 2009 to increase her real estate knowledge and abilities by joining a privately owned firm in the Richmond/Fulshear area and focus on the marketing and sales of acreage and residential properties in Fort Bend County. While earning her Brokers license she was a company Top Producer for 2011 and 2012. Her move to BHGRE-Gary Greene Katy/Fulshear in 2013 is again and effort to increase what she can offer clients. She earned a gold production ranking her first year with BHGRE, and since has continued to achieve Gold and Platinum production.



Arlene and her husband Ray own acreage and a home in Richmond. They are fortunate enough to enjoy a second home in Galveston on the Bay.
