Born and Raised on the East Coast, he obtained a degree in Psychology and Business in 1975. He moved to Houston in 1997 to be closer to family members being he is very family oriented.

Lou became interested in Real Estate in 2006 when he and his wife successfully started to invest in real estate properties (condos and single family homes) in Houston, Katy and Cypress.

Theresa studied at the University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. Afterward, she began working in education for both CFISD and Klein ISD. In her free time, Theresa is mother of four and keeps her kids involved in many activities including football, gymnastics, swim, track, soccer, band, choir, ballet, basketball, and scouts. Active in the community, Theresa also spends her time volunteering for her children's schools and activities and is a proud part of Sam Houston Area Council's Scouting program. Spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Rocket is something Theresa never takes for granted.
