Hi! I'm Nicole, some might say I am a seasoned agent, working actively for about nine years before we decided to relocate our family to Houston from Utah. I have been happily married for almost 23 years and am a proud mother of two teenage daughters, aged 15 and almost 14.

I am a very passionate animal lover and our home is a sanctuary to two big dogs, three cats, a snake, a tortoise, a bearded dragon, and soon-to-be adorable little rabbits. My husband says that our home is a zoo, but I beg to differ.

Hi there! My name is Shawna and I am a proud Houston native. While working in the healthcare field I have obtained excellent people and communication skills in which I still serve today. I have gained most of my real estate intellect from studying the craft daily, as well as learning and listening to my top selling colleagues and broker. My most important aspect of the real estate transaction is not just finding or selling a home, but the experience I leave my clients with at the end of every transaction. I love building relationships, and this is why I love being in Real Estate. I grew up in Mississippi but have lived in the Houston and surrounding areas for over 30 years. I have had to move numerous times which has led with my first-hand experience as it relates to leasing, buying and selling. I recently moved back to Katy after being a way a few years in Georgia and San Antonio. The birth of my first grand-daughter was the hidden motivation behind the move and I could not be happier to be a part of her life. I love to venture out and explore all of what Katy has to offer and attending as many local events as I can. I also love my Astros and try to get in to see as many games as possible with my husband.
