Dawn was born in Dover, New Jersey, but grew up in Houston. She graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School and earned a BBA in management from the University of Houston. She makes time to volunteer with her children’s schools and supports several organizations that aid military veterans. Whenever she can, Dawn enjoys photography, running and biking.

Janice is a California girl at heart, having moved from Anaheim, CA to El Paso,TX as a chiild. She grew up in El Paso and in 2008, moved to Houston with her fiance Nick. They got married in 2009 and ultimately settled in and created a home in Katy. Her background working with customers in restaurants and later in the medical field, prepared her for a career in Real Estate. An enthusiastic animal lover her whole life, she has a passion for volunteering with a number of rescue organizations in fundraising, fostering and aiding rescued animals.
