A Little About Myself: Hi, my name is Seyed Javaheri but you can call me Sid. I am a REALTOR® and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have been in the real estate consulting business, assisting buyers and sellers in the midrange price zone, since 2010. My primary expertise extends to new and resale homes in Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, and Rosenberg. My approach to the real estate business is similar to what I have learned over the past 25 years in the restaurant industry. This includes treating people with respect, being an active listener, and exercising patience, all in the name of excellent customer service. After all, the real estate business is all about building relationships and connections. Helping you sell or buy your home at the right price in a reasonable amount of time is my primary mission. With my knowledge of the market activity, I am here to provide guidance, advice, and other professional services to you as you navigate the ins and outs of real estate. When I am not working you can find me outside or in the kitchen. I enjoy landscaping, gardening, and DIY projects in addition to testing new recipes from around the globe for my family to enjoy. Bringing my experiences from a 20 year hotel sales career, I am excited to share that focus and energy in real estate. Removed from Chicago, I now live with my wife, two daughters and baby son.
