His previous experience found him success at GMAC and Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing as an REO asset manager. He managed a portfolio totaling 150 million in yearly inventory and was in charge of a nationwide broker network of over 150 professionals. He also perfected client risk and property condition analysis strategies among many other industry-relevant skills. In 12 years, Jon consistently surpassed sales and metrics goals as he helped over 7,000 clients achieve their dreams of purchasing a home. He continues to work with several REO asset management companies and can be found in Equator, Pyramid, Res.net, and Exceleras.
