“We used Jessie Singh to sell our home in SE Houston this past fall and she was outstanding. Before choosing our Realtor, we did quite a bit of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling our property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. JSingh Homes stood out as the best Houston has to offer: her organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. We spoke with Jessie and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the market in our neighborhood, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. “Jessie was (simply put) amazing. She put our needs first and led us to a great home. She was always available - and I really mean always! Jessie had comps and plans ready for us from the get go. From the beginning, she provided us with an excellent portal to work with and then directed us a game plan for the day of home visits (we had 12 in one day). It was the most smooth house hunting trip I have ever had. Finally, Jessie provided us with an extensive list of home service numbers and contacts which is really handy when moving from out of town.
