Ms. Thompson represents those searching for a new home by helping them research neighborhoods, keep abreast of new listings, scheduling inspections and preparing her clients for closings, as well as securing financing, mortgage and insurance. Her market knowledge and insight will help buyers get the deal they deserve. Above all, she is an ally and guide for all her clients and will work diligently with their best interest in mind. Jess graduated from Texas State University with a Degree in Studio Art and a Minor in Education. She then spent 10 years teaching art, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. During her career teaching, Jess acquired so many valuable skills, such as problem solving, goal setting, and understanding the needs of others. Additionally, she has a love for Real Estate and Architecture which developed at a young age. Over time, Jess has acquired a keen eye for the aesthetics of all things Art and Architecture – which will serve her well as a real estate. Ms. Thompson understands that the real estate transaction is so much more than buying and selling houses but creating a home and is committed to her client's long term vision. Having experience with drafting programs such as AutoCad, she is truly aware of the ergonomics of a great home. Most importantly, she truly loves helping others, as seen by her past teaching career and her volunteer work with the Klein ISD youth membership program. As a real estate agent she is fully dedicated to helping her clients and will do that by providing the best customer service possible and building strong business relationships.
