Jeffery Huynh

Jeffery specializes in helping first-time home buyers at all price points. He believes that an educated client is an empowered client and regularly hosts home buyer seminars every three months while also meeting with clients one-on-one to explain the home buying process, answer questions, and help them understand their next steps. His experience also includes working with sellers, move-up buyers, relocation clients, luxury clients, investors, new construction buyers, condo and townhome buyers, and renters transitioning to homeownership.

Jeffery's approach to real estate was shaped by his own experience buying a home. When he and his husband, Paul, purchased their home, they found themselves navigating inspections, negotiations, and closing largely on their own after signing the contract. That experience became a major reason Jeffery chose real estate as a career: he wanted to provide the education, communication, and hands-on support that he wished they had received. His goal is to make the Houston home buying and selling process more understandable, organized, and less stressful for his clients.

Beyond real estate, Jeffery has served as a board member of Houston Gaymers for 16 years. He was named Volunteer of the Year by the Greater Houston LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce in 2024. In 2025, Jeffery won Outsmart Gayest and Greatest's Rising Star in Real Estate award and was nominated again for Rising Star in Real Estate in 2026. Through his real estate career and community involvement, Jeffery is committed to helping people navigate important transitions and find not just a house, but a home.
